Dubrovnik, 28 December – The quartet of the Dubrovnik-based saxophonist and flutist Ivan Bonačić will appear within the Dubrovnik Winter Festival on 3 January 2018, at the Grad City Library's Saloča od Zrcala hall. The quartet will perform authorial songs from its first  album Kraken released on 15 December 2017 Geenger Records.  The album features renowned musicians Pippo Corvino (Filip Gavranović - guitar) and Adriano Bernobić  (drums) te Viktor Lipić (keyborar and organ).

Owing to his talent, energy and mastery, Ivan Bonačić has enhanced Dubrovnik's cultural and tourist life for many years now. He studied at the Luka Sorkočević Art Schol and became the first saxophone player in Dubrovnik to take his A-levels in this instrument. In 2014, he graduated in the saxophone from the Jazz Department of Graz University of Music and Performing Arts under Karlheinz Miklin, Austria. In the course of eight years,  Bonačić has given 16 authorial concerts featuring numerous renowned musicians from all parts of the world.
